Lambert's has been a fine dining staple in Taos since 1989. We serve beautiful, Contemporary American cuisine that is distinct, fresh, and local. Everything on our menu, from our breads and pastas to our ice creams, is handmade fresh from scratch. We proudly source locally with Cordillera farms, Freshies of NM, Midori Acres, Morning Star Farms, Taos Honey Co., Taos Hum, and Taos Teenie Greenies.
We will be serving Easter Lunch
from 12pm-5pm on Sunday, March 31st.
We will be closed for a short break from Monday, April 1st - Thursday, April 11th. We will be back to business as usual with our spring menu on Friday, April 12th.
