Taos Winter Wine Festival Dinner January 31st 2018
For our 2018 Taos Winter Wine Festival wine dinner, we will be pairing beautiful food with several,
hand selected, wines imported by José Pastor Selections.
This small importer brings in some breathtaking, honest wines, made of native Spanish varietals.
We will be featuring a few of these, all of them unique and truly exiting. We’ll traverse Spain,
going from the green coast of Galicia to the hills of Alicante, stopping in Rioja to drink some exquisite
Gran Reserva from 2004.
We hope you enjoy these precious jewels, expertly paired with an exquisite menu created by
Executive Chef James Crowther III.
