For this year’s Taos Winter Wine Festival dinner, we are proud to collaborate with Tablas Creek Vineyard,

& to be able to host a dinner with Chelsea Franchi, their Senior Assistant Winemaker.


Tablas Creek has been making wine for over 20 years, & focus on grape varietals from the Southern Rhone. They are to thank for the fact that these varietals made it to California in the first place, by importing & planting most of them. In addition to their flagship wines, we will be pouring some of the lesser knowns from the Rhone. For example, the fresh & crisp white Picardin, as well as a juicy & supple Counoise.
