The Restaurant

Zeke and Tina Lambert opened Lambert's the day after thanksgiving in 1989. After 18 years of love and dedication, it was time to re and they put Lambert's up for sale. Lambert's had always been a local favorite for Nat Troy and his family. To avoid losing a Taos staple and their favorite restaurant, Nat and his family took over Lambert's in 2008. The Troy family takes great pride in carrying on the Lambert's of Taos tradition and is looking forward to many more years in Taos.

Our Kitchen

Chef Adam Dooling's cuisine is distinct and delicious. He uses wonderful local produce, meats, and seafood from farmers and ranchers both small and large to create a delicious menu that is loved by our Taos locals and tourists afar.
